We had heard that the house buying process was difficult but with Dalton as our agent it was a piece of cake! He became like a close family friend in the few weeks we worked together. Our 3 year-old still asks when we're going to see Dalton. We wanted to include our two young children in the process of buying our house to make the transition easier on them and get them excited. He was great with the kids and understanding of the different pace that children bring to the process. Being a popular agent, he was busy with several clients but he always made us feel like we were his only clients. He is accommodating and a true professional. This was my fourth home buying experience and by far the most memorable one.
