I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dalton if you value professionalism, timeliness and someone who can get the job done and in a timely manner! We moved down to Valdosta from Washington state. We knew from the get go we wanted to purchase a home down here, even before our move, but didn't know anyone in Georgia, let alone a real estate agent. Someone in our apartment complex recommended Dalton to us and we couldn't have been happier. We had a few personal hiccups along the way where we weren't sure if and when we'd buy due to job situation, but Dalton was incredibly patient with us- checking in, but not overly pushy either. He was able to answer all of our questions we had about the different areas and anytime we needed a reference for something (Mortgage company, etc) He was there with a resolution! After 6 months of us settling into Georgia, we were finally ready to look at buying. There was a house we wanted to look at last minute and within 24 hours Dalton had arranged his schedule to make this happen for us on a last minute notice. We ended up looking at 2 other houses that day (again, very last minute) and he was prompt to put in our offer, which was accepted by the owners the next day!Throughout the process if we had questions about the property or things we didn't understand from the buying perspective, Dalton was prompt to either get us the answer or find out the answer for us. This was our 5th real estate transaction (2 houses bought and sold in Washington state and the 5th one here in Hahira with Dalton in purchasing our home) and we couldn't be happier! I have worked with bad agents in the past but Dalton knows his stuff and was prompt in getting in our offer, which in a competitive market makes him the reason why we are in our home today. If you're looking for someone whose kind, courteous, prompt, respectful, hard working and knows his trade, I'd highly recommend working with Dalton. I'd like to think we'll live in this home forever, but I know life can change and if we ever decide to sell/buy another home in the area, or know someone needing an agent, he will be the first person we go to!
