ZillowVERIFIEDRyan and Dale did excellent work with their knowledge and guiding thru the real estate process. Had a great experience and would highly recommend them to help you sell or buy a house. Their knowledge of the real estate market including the pricing of your home, physically helping to put the house looking its best, including help with packing. The difficulty with my house in California is that it is in a fire zone and difficult to get coverage but they were there helping the buyer find coverage and the escrow closed only a few days late. They were in contact cotinually with me to keep me in the know about the progress of the sale.
