Dale was a great communicator and responded quickly to all of the many questions I had through the home buying process. He was a solid negotiator, bargaining down the seller of our home to make the deal work for us. He was low pressure and was not pushy at all when it came to decision making. After making offers on three houses, and having inspections done at two of them, we closed largely due to Dales hard work. And, when my step mother passed away two days before closing on my new home, Dale was there to let me know that he would make sure everything is in order to I can relax and give my attention to my grieving father.
