Dale is a great real-estate agent to work with! Moving from New Jersey to Delaware, Dale helped me every step of the way. His knowledge of home construction, home builders, and neighborhoods was valuable. Dale is unlike other real-estate agents that I have worked with, in the sense that he actually cares about your home-buying experience, and that you don't get yourself into a house that you really can't afford. Dale took a personal interest in helping me to find the right home, and he always made himself available. He assisted with virtual home tours, in-person home tours, negotiations, and navigating tricky HOA contracts. I honestly felt that there was nothing that Dale didn't have background knowledge in, and if he didn't have the answer to a question, he worked relentlessly until he had the answer for me.
