About Dale Hunter

I began my career path right out of High School working in a Family Business, where I pounded the pavement learning the fundamentals of sales & service. I exceeded all targets for sales revenue and was recognized as a top performer. I left the Family Business to start a successful Consumer Electronics Company specializing in communication solutions for the wireless industry. After twelve years invested in growing that company and developing the business, I sold that company and started investing in Real Estate. Driven by my passion for real estate and years of experience buying and selling investment properties, I started my next chapter as a Realtor in 1995. And within a few short years, I became a Real Estate Broker, Opening and running my own Real Estate Company in 2001. A Baltimore County resident my entire life I have personally participated in the development and renovation of hundreds of properties. My unique background and skill set encompassed over twenty-eight years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate development, real estate investing, and technology. If I could give Dale 100 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I met him on Zillow three years ago, when I was just starting my search for a home in Maryland, I knew I was in good hands. Dale is, without a doubt, the most amazing realtor I've ever encountered. Over the years, he graciously showed me close to 100 houses, never once pushing or rushing me into any decisions. One of my biggest pet peeves with realtors is their pushy nature, but Dale completely broke that mold. He genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect home, and his patience and understanding made the entire process enjoyable. Dales background in construction and real estate inspection was a game-changer for me. As we toured homes together, he pointed out red flags and potential issues that I would have never noticed on my own. His keen eye and expertise in this area provided me with invaluable insights that I couldnt have gotten from any other realtor. Fast forward to February 2024, when we put money down on a new build. It took until Halloween for settlement to finally happen, but Dale was by my side every step of the way. Despite the delaysaEUR"none of which were his faultaEUR"he stood consistently in my corner.
