I have a background in marketing and client services, coming from the hotel/tourism industry. I'm also married to a USMC Veteran, so I'm very familiar with the challenges of moving and buying/selling homes. I've worked with clients from all walks of life: experienced investors to first time home buyers; civilians and active duty military; clients buying a home site-unseen from oversees; townhomes to luxury estate homes; land and build-to-suit. In over 15 years, I've helped just about every type of client and sold any amount of real estate.

I worked with a return client, which is always a wonderful experience and the biggest compliment you could get! After negotiating a great deal for them, we faced some challenges during the inspection phase. I am proud to say that I used my experience and negotiation skills to find a win-win for everyone and brought the transaction to a happy closing!

Due to my husband's career in the USMC, we were stationed in an area that was not ideal to use my degree and experience in hotel management. I had really enjoyed the process of purchasing our first home and thought it would be a good alternative career, as well as one I could take with me to a new duty station. Not once have I regretted that decision! I love selling real estate. No transaction is the same and I meet so many interesting and wonderful people! It's never boring or mundane and I grow with every transaction.
