In this very competitive home market, having your bank or mortgage/financing company pre-qualification before purchasing a home helps the buyer to get their offer in and avoids wasted time and delays in buying the home of your dreams. It also helps me to know what price range I should be considering to expedite your chances of buying a home.

My best advice would be to organize and unclutter your property to show it in the best light "Less is More". You want to show the "usable" square footage and not the furnishings or clutter. You want to have a "Minimalistic" look when showing your home. Fix what's broken or unsightly. Clean windows, downsize objects and other items prior to showing or placing your home on the market.
