I have never met a real estate agent that I have witnessed working so interactively on both ends of a deal to guide it to closure. On the professional side she was always very quick to respond to my questions evenings, weekends, and even while on vacation. She would not bother me with all the background churn going on with the potential seller issues (and there were a lot) unless absolutely necessary.
