Cynthia was great to work with, especially as out of state first time buyers! She was very receptive to our feedback and got to know our style and preferences in order to recommend homes we were excited to see. Best google search EVER! After 6 years of commuting almost an hour to work I finally decided to relocate to be closer to my work family. Cynthia showed us a home in Abingdon, provided us a tour and introduced us to the owners. She was extraordinarily helpful, observant and personable during the viewing, and an absolute pleasure to interact with! In the process of trying to negotiate a sale price with the owners, she was responsive and prompt to update offer contracts and relay information between us and the sellers.
