Karra proved to be courteous, efficient, and professional through out the entire buying process. Karra would be available for a viewing quickly and would have the paper work written up within a hour or so for a bid. She kept my needs in mind and managed her time and my expectations keeping me focused on homes I could afford.Once I found a house I liked and my bid was excepted, she managed the inspections, appraisal and other needs quickly and kept me informed of there status answering any questions I had. Karra Polder recently found and helped us close on a home in Flagstaff. We have worked with Karra for over a year looking for the perfect home and throughout that time we were able to secure accepted offers on three homes, unbelievable in this market, before closing on the fourth.The most amazing thing about Karra, and there were many, is her shrewd strategies to secure an accepted offer in the current market of bidding wars and low inventory. Out of the 4 homes we chose to put a bid on, Karra managed to secure accepted offers on all 4. This is unheard of in today's market. Many bids were offered and Karra managed to out maneuver all other offers. In addition to Karra's incredible savvy skills at pulling together a bid, she was so patient with us over the year long hunt for a home. Karra also was extremely prompt in returning all our calls, searching and quickly providing us formation regarding key aspects of the properties we were interested in. She pulled together many skilled inspectors so expeditiously and managed to schedule all in one day for our convenience since we were driving in from outside of Flagstaff. Karra is always thinking on her feet and out of the box, possessing very good interpersonal skills as well. We were out of state trying to secure a home making it even more difficult. Karra went out of her way to do walk through videos of properties for us, trying to minimize road trips to the properties.We have bought 6 homes in the past 42 years in 3 states and Karra is by far the BEST real estate agent we have ever worked with. If we ever need a realtor in Flagstaff Karra will be the first person we will call!
