I worked with Matt to both sell my home and buy a new one in 2022. Matt was readily available immediately when I called him and was always very quick and responsive to my texts and calls. He was able to help me list my house at a very competitive price, and we were able to close quick and with a nice profit! Matt was very patient with my questions and desires and helped me understand the market. When buying my home, Matt was also very quick to reach out to agents about the homes I liked and helped me weed out the bad apples. He was also a great help during the appraisal and inspection process to help make sure I was well taken care of. I can't recommend Matt enough to help you whether you are buying or selling your home.

Highly recommend Katherine. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Buying or selling a home is a very stressful time and Katherine made the process very easy. Worked with her as a buyer and a seller. She is very responsive and always picks up her phone or returns a phone call. Many agents today only want to communicate by text which is very difficult for the client. She knows the real estate market in Florida, especially Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough County. Again, highly recommend.
