ZillowVERIFIEDRubaid (Rob) is the hardest working and most responsive real estate agent I have ever worked with! That is NOT an exaggeration. It's not even close, and I have purchased & sold a dozen homes dating back to 1987. I have never experienced an agent who consistently responded as quickly to any question or issue I encountered throughout the entire process. If he couldn't take my call, he texted back within 60 seconds, with a return call not far behind. Two other key areas I specifically need to mention: 1) He showed excellent diplomacy, with both myself and with others (such as my former HOA president); 2) He exhibited negotiation skills that, without a doubt. saved me money on my home purchase. Within all the states I have owned a home, Florida has been the trickiest, most challenging state to make a smart 'clean' home purchase. I am so glad to have Rob and his team working with me the entire way, from the open house of our new home to the final closing (after 2 hurricanes!) of our prior home. The team effort should not be understated, with personnel like Ann Marie performing the day-to-day work behind the scenes, and Charlene helping to ensure we displayed a very desirable MLS presentation of my property for sale. ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent job from start to finish. Rob stopped by with detailed information to help with our decision to sell but no pressure to force us. Once our decision was made, we left at 7:30am on a Monday and he had his team in our condo by 10:00am. Great pictures and great description. He quickly understood our needs and we jointly arrived at an objective listing price. Listing started on Tuesday and we had four showings in four days. Rob helped us negotiate a contract by 10:00pm on Friday. We're closing tomorrow just 16 days after Rob listed our condo and he was immediately available day and night via phone or iMessage. He guided us through the closing from 1,500 miles away.I can't say enough about how well he managed our condo sale.
