Cynthia and her team found innovative ways to help us navigate a complex set of challenges. We live in Sacramento and inherited a house in Los Angeles County with 2 sets on tenants on it that we needed to sale as we are relocating to another state and needed the proceeds. We had no prior experience as landlords. This was also right at the time when the market was making significant changes as the interest rate on mortgages changed more than it has in decades. Whenever we were feeling lost, she took the time to calmly explain our options and helped us contact any necessary partners to resolve the issues. All of her team was more than willing to address our concerns and help us each step along the way. With Cynthia's creative thinking we were still able to get top dollar on our house even in the midst of a dramatically changing housing market and complicated sale. She had a well executed marketing plan and discussed options with us and creative ideas, throughout the process. If I had to start the process all over again, I would definitely choose Cynthia again.

I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia and her team in my search for a house. We started off indecisive, wishy washy, and totally unsure of what we were looking for. Cynthia was incredibly patient as our needs/wants kept changing. Despite this crazy buyer's market, with Cynthia's help, we were able to close on an amazing house. Her team was super on the ball and was incredibly responsive and thorough. They dot all their i's and cross all their t's. They were amazing at scheduling the inspections, bringing in a team of experts, and, even after we bought the place, helping get all of the contractors/repair people needed to get it move-in ready.
