My husband and I connected with Melissa through Zillow when we showed an interest in a home that had come to market. Prior to seeing the home for sale, we were not in the housing market and had no plans to move from our current home. However, we always had our eyes on one house and had always casually said that if it ever came to market, we should try to get it. Well, it came to market and, so began our relationship with Melissa. In the past 25 years, I have relocated multiple times and had bought & sold 7 homes in that time. Never, in all my experience, have I felt so well represented throughout the buying process. We truly hit the jackpot with Melissa. She understood right away where we were and what we wanted. As I've mentioned, we weren't in the market and hadn't been planning to buy so we really needed to rely upon Melissa's expertise to guide us throughout. Melissa was spot on in her advice, often it seemed she was reading our minds, which gave us such comfort knowing she understood our circumstances and that we were a little nervous about making the leap into the market. Not once did we ever feel pressured, and decisions were always ours to make. Melissa simply provided us her wealth of insight on the market and let us take it and arrive at a decision with which we were both comfortable. I don't know how long Melissa has been in real estate, but you'll see that she performs as though she has a lifetime of experience under her belt. When we enlisted Melissa's help, we realized quickly that we enlisted a one-person army. Before and after the signing of the purchase agreement, any and every need was met. Melissa has a 'guy(gal)' for everything. She can point you in the right direction for everything from start to finish. She put us in contact with top notch mortgage and title professionals as well as inspectors and skilled trades. Again, she offered only her experience but never pushed. If we wanted for anything, Melissa could get our want met. It was also clear that she has the respect of those with which she works.To sum it up, I highly recommend Melissa. You will not be disappointed. She goes above and beyond in everything that she does, and she was a true buyer's agent for us; always in our corner and always protecting our interests.

I could honestly not give higher praise for Melissa. She was efficient, timely, assertive, caring, empathetic, kind, and immensley effective. When a snafu arose with potentially being out of a living space for a month, she found multiple rental properties as a back up while negotiating AT HER OWN COST to get us into our home as fast as possible. She supports local small businesses which I greatly admire- found amazing movers, a carpet cleaner and home cleaning service all to make moving as easy and pleasant as possible. MELISSA LITERALLY HELPED ME MOVE FOR 2.5 HOURS HERSELF. Who does that? She does ;) She is an amazing realtor and genuinely someone at this point I would consider a friend.
