I really enjoyed working with Cyndi. She is extremely detail and process driven. Her follow up is outstanding. She created a project plan with dates for different tasks. She managed this project plan and would contact the sellers agent to ensure their tasks were completed. I never had to worry about Cyndi and her being on top of all the issues. She met us on several occasions at the new house to help us plan moving in. I have worked with other agents and I had to call them multiple times to get a return call.
