We met Cyndi years ago, she showed us one house. We werent ready to buy at the time but we knew that when we were, that we would be back in touch w Cyndi. Three years later we started touching base again, Cyndi was always responsive, patient and willing to educate us, as everything was news and unfamiliar territory to us first time home buyers. She put some fire under us when we needed it, things move fast and we were slow, but Everything was our choice everything was an option never forced. We made a few requests (nothing outlandish) that may not have been 100% what she would have like to include as a part of the negotiations but she was willing and made them on our behalf. I know that Cyndi respects both sides of the deal and if we would have made an extraordinary request that was off the mark she would not put it through. Shes a local with incredible presentation and and we were proud to have her as our representative. I celebrated the closing on our first home but I miss Cyndi. For us she was comforting and just ended up seeming like a friend. She would carry our 17 month old son around so we could focus on looking at the homes, he was always happy to see her. We all still want Cyndi in our lives!

Ive bought and sold numerous houses and she was by far the best and most professional realtor I have ever encountered. This is a tough time to buy, but Cyndi is extremely knowledgeable about the Ventura housing market and knows how to close a deal. She anticipated my needs and was always patient and pleasant to be with. Phone calls and messages were answered promptly and she happily showed me the same house about six times. There were also countless little details she took care of without being asked, even after closing.I know you wont regret hiring Cyndi.
