That said, in my experience as a Dickinson real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
USE A REALTOR WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN THE MARKET. THEY SHOULD BE A FULL-TIME AGENT AS WELL. THE AGENT SHOULD REFER YOU TO A GREAT LENDER WHO WILL GET YOU PRE-QUALIFIED FOR A LOAN THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
AGAIN, USE A REALTOR WHO IS EXPERIENCED AND FULL-TIME. COMMUNICATE TO YOUR REALTOR YOUR NEEDS AS A SELLER. LISTEN TO YOUR AGENTS ADVICE, AFTER ALL, YOU HIRED THEM TO DO THE JOB.

I HAVE CLIENTS FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE AND BUDGETS. I HAVE SOLD $7500.00 LOTS AND HOMES OVER A MILLION $1,000,000.00 DOLLARS!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
SOME OF THE MOST REWARDING TRANSACTIONS ARE THOSE OF FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS WHEN THEY FULFILLED THEIR DREAM OF HOME OWNERSHIP.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I GOT STARTED BACK IN 1983 AND JOINED MY ALREADY LICENSED HUSBAND AS A TEAM. HE LEFT THE BUSINESS BUT HERE I AM 34 YEARS LATER PASSIONATE AND SUCCESSFUL ABOUT MY BUSINESS.
