Cyndi Cobb

Cyndi Cobb is a terrific Real Estate agent. She helped me sell one investment property and purchase a new long term investment property. As this was a 1031 exchange, Cyndi went the extra mile to help me locate a 1031 agent. She also assisted by giving me names of helpful insurance brokers, and long term property managers so I could financially weigh all my options. With her guidance, I was able to find just the right property to fit my goals. Cyndi showed me many, many properties within my short time frame. (I think it was a record for her.) She was always available to answer questions, review documents, and give good advice. I can't thank her enough! I would highly recommend her and I will certainly use her again.

Cyndi was fantastic to work with. We were looking to relocate and had a limited time frame to look at properties. Cyndi helped us narrow down what kind of properties and areas would be best based on what we were looking for. She spent a lot of time with us and after a few heartbreaks of losing out on some properties, we found our new home. Because it was a new build and we were out of town, Cyndi stopped by the property every week and took pictures and videos and communicated with us every step of the way so we could watch the progress. She stayed in contact with the building supervisor to ensure everything was being done well so we could close on time. And she was with us on the walk through to make sure any last minute things would be addressed. Cyndi is very knowledgable of the area and has given us many helpful recommendations from places to eat and shop to the best parking at the beach.
