Curtis was very quick to let me know when new homes were coming on the market, which is extremely important, and helped me get my house before pictures were even available. He always managed to get a time to do a walk thru same-day, knew all of the info about the houses, could easily find install dates roof/ hvac/ water heater. He even went into the crawlspace with me to check some areas, and provided great information on the small repairs needed to the house. Curtis was great all throughout the process. He never once asked us to sign a contract for his services, trusting his work would be enough to want to keep him as our realtor. And he was great, visiting many homes, until we found the right one, negotiating extra items in the contract on our behalf and giving us sound advice on what to offer, and whether to concede, or hold firm through negotiations. He was always quick to reply when we had questions, and had good referrals when we needed someone in particular. And most of all, he was patient with us and with the realtor in the other side, who was a real piece of work! In short we couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Curtis.
