He is very knowledgeable and professional and within 24 hours of putting up a sign he got me a cash buyer! Unfortunately, the title company had some issues, and the buyer didn't want to wait. But I am so pleased that within 2 months he had another buyer under contract, and we finalized the sale within 10 days at a better price. Curtis stays in touch with you and keeps you informed. You really feel like he has your best interest at heart and wants to do his best for you. He is a seasoned realtor who knows his business and his market. I would highly recommend him.
