We have to share our experience when we went through with Mr. Curt Downes a few years ago. We had to sell a house in Germantown since we as a family made a decision to return to our home country. We interviewed Mr. Curt and trusted in him to handle the sale of our property. After signing up, my husband had accompanied us to settle back in our home country. He was supposed to return back to Germantown after 6 weeks to help us settle down and return back to US for his work. After he returned, my husband found out no activity had happened in the property since we left the country. The house was also messier although we hired a cleaning agency to clean up the house before we left. After several negotiations, we just sold our property 40K less than what we had originally bought for. My husband also had promised an additional percentage if he was able to sell it quickly. None of this motivated him and since we wanted to move on, we settled down for a LOSS even though it was a premium property in Germantown. I have been honest in our experience.
