Brandi, had helped me buy my house, virtually. She had even recommended the guy who came out and did the inspection. Brandi, is super sweet, so when I finally moved in, and noticed that there were cracks in the ceiling, that my screen door wasn't sitting flush, there were burn marks on the kitchen ceiling, which were all signs of structural damage, due to a 5+ earthquake about 4 years ago. I had mentioned all these things to Brandi, and was dismissed. someone had come to clean, and I found old oven cleaner still in the oven. I tried explaining this, and was snapped at.
