1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Know your purchasing power. Find a local lender or the institution you bank with to get pre-approved. Familiarize yourself with the area you would like to purchase in. Ask yourself will this be a forever home or starter home. Be realistic and have patience.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Complete minor repairs, service HVAC and heating units. If you have a septic get it pumped and inspected. Declutter your home, deep clean (carpets, walls, ceiling fans, etc.) and add curb appeal (mulch, plants, and flowers).
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all types of clients selling, purchasing, investment properties or providing home value reports. No matter the budget I am here to help!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am fond of all my transactions. I learn something new daily from clients and colleagues. Each transaction is different. I listen to my clients and meet their needs. I provided information to my clients so they can make a sound decision in selling or buying their home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate about 4 years ago. I always wanted to be a real estate agent so I could help people to purchase a home their biggest asset. I love providing my clients with information and looking at their faces when they've found the ONE!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am certified in short sales and foreclosures (SFR), commercial and luxury listings.
