Chrystal showed us houses for over a year and was super patient with us being super picky to find the right house. Kurt helped us find the home we were looking for. He was constantly doing groundwork and communicating to find us the best home at the best price. Being from Lees Summit, he traveled to Olathe, KS on several occasions just to look at new listing, (many of which we were the first ones to tour.) We ended up purchasing a lovely half-duplex in west Olathe but had seen close to 20 properties in preparation. Kurt helped us sort through seemingly similar homes to find one with a great sqft/cost ratio, and never tried to sell us on a property, but would make recomendations and ask questions to make evaluations.
