Throughout the negotiation process Crystal worked hard to get us the best deal possible, and then was happy to re-negotiate after the inspection process. Crystal was able to give us recommendations for an inspection company and assisted us with getting connected to the local electric, gas, trash, water, etc. companies. Chrystal showed us houses for over a year and was super patient with us being super picky to find the right house. Chrystal would be honest about her opinions on houses when she showed them to us and we felt like she didn?t just want to sell us a house, she wanted to get us in the right house, which was very helpful being first-time buyers. When we did find the right house, she gave us great opinions and advice for our offer and then worked hard to get everything she could for us in negotiations.
