Kristin (Crystal) Matheson is super knowledgeable when it comes to a home! When we were looking for a house, she showed us a few in the area that met our price point. As we would do a walk though, she would inspect things I never thought of looking for and was very thorough. She is always honest and never once was pushy. She listened to our needs and wants and even recommend things we hadn't thought of. Kristin was also very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and let us know different areas to check out. I would 100% recommend her to someone looking to buy a house! Hands down the best experience I could have asked for, especially considering this was our first time looking for and purchasing a house.

I would like to give a better review but I had to do everything to sell my house Kristin was on vacation email after email no help from her. She never showed up for the signing of the sale paperwork after she said she would be never got the keys for the buyers so I had to come into town to leave the keys with nobody at the house. The buyers realtor had to contact me for the keys. I would not recommend this person or this Real estate company to any body. I payed a lot of money to do all the work.

Kristen was great! She went to work for us as soon as we met her. She had a list of homes for us to look at before we got home from our first meeting, and helped us find an amazing home just two days later. She has a fantastic team of housing professionals she works with to make sure your entire experience is well managed. She helped us find a lender that was able to get a better rate than the one we had been talking to. Her recommended home inspector was very professional and thorough. It was a very good and hassle-free experience from beginning to end.
