ZillowVERIFIEDCrystal was able to set up back-to-back showings - on very short notice - of two houses we had seen on Zillow. We drove in from out of town to look at both properties and immediately knew one of them was for us. We made a verbal offer through Crystal on the spot, she promptly communicated that to the selling agent, and less than 24 hours later the written sales contract was in place. Things progressed very quickly (and smoothly) through the home inspection and the loan application process, and Crystal was always available via phone to answer any questions we might have and to move things along.
