Discount agents, big shot advertisers, none of them cared even the slightest and the second they needed to work they just told me to get lost. My real estate was only worth $100k so I guess my business was not appreciated. NOT CRYSTAL!Crystal is the one who works on your listing tirelessly just like if it was a million dollar listing. Being a foreign investor I did not have the ability to physically check upon things. She has dealt with property management, she has dealt with vendors, she has dealt with my tenants and when things went wrong between a very unethical escrow agency and me, she was there to make her voice heard and to assure me that her powerful agency and its resources are fully behind me. She was active and proactive throughout the entire process and it yielded a successful closing. I could reach her after hours and with short response times. Five star ratings are rather easy to earn these days but Crystal in my example redefined the meaning of 5 stars. You will not find anyone who is better than her, I guarantee you. Don't settle with others who advertise for cheaper or the "biggest name in the industry". You will never get the personalized service, dedication and commitment like the one you can get from Crystal. That is my promise to you!
