Crystal Gober

Crystal, born and raised in Northern Michigan, started her career in real estate in 2014. Her enthusiasm, energy, and love for it has consistently grown year over year much like her clientele following has. She often talks about how lucky she feels to get up every day and do something she truly enjoys. Six years into her career she was presented with the opportunity to become an equal partner in Traverse Real Estate LLC, which had already been an established brokerage for many years. After much consideration she took the leap of faith, and quickly followed by rebranding and purchasing a building, which her and her business partner gutted and remodeled themselves. When you meet Crystal, you will quickly recognize her passion and hard work that has earned her the Seven-Star Award from Broker-Agent Adviser consecutively since 2015. She believes the biggest key to her success has been the Golden Rule: She treats her clients exactly how she would want to be treated if she was in their shoes. Buyers or sellers, she realizes that each client has an individual and specific need. She cares about the entire experience for her clients, which starts with learning what they need, setting up a game plan for their situation, guiding them through the process, and even welcoming them to reach out after the sale with any needs or questions. When Crystal is not hard at work you will likely find her spending time hanging out with her beloved dogs and family, doing something outdoors, participating in some sort of 5k race where she gets to dress up in a crazy costume, relaxing doing art, reading, or spreading her positive energy to those around her that may need it. Outside of work and play, Crystal is very involved in serving her community in a multitude of ways. One of the most sizable being in 2014 when Crystal founded a seasonal fundraiser called Socks Of Love that helps 100's of children, families, animals, schools, and veterans locally that are in need every year.
