Crystal is amazing! She went above and beyond while helping us find a property. We gave her an idea of what we were looking for and she provided us with plenty of options. Once we found a lot that we liked she immediately contacted the sellers and helped us negotiate a deal. Crystal also went out of her way to research builders in the area and compile a list for us. If you are looking for someone that is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and motivated we can't recommend Crystal Gardner enough, she is the best!

Very well organized/thorough in presentation. Provided required documents to sell home and what to expect. She laid out a great selling plan. She asked questions if I understood the paperwork. She shared the area market statistics. She suggested a fair starting point for listing. She followed up often by email or phone. A very pleasant personality, respectful. Her straight forward approach was great to sell home. I would use her again and highly recommend her services to other sellers/buyers. She has a solid background and credentials in real estate. She points out things that could need attention. If I could give her an 11 rating I would. Was very enjoyable/happy to work with Crystal in selling my home fast.
