Throughout the home buying process we were impressed with Ellen's knowledge of the housing market and local community. Our first offer was accepted for a home in a neighborhood we didn't think we could afford. Ellen is a tough negotiator. She helped us secure a credit from the seller which we are using for home renovations. Ellen coordinated everything with the seller's agent, mortgage broker, title company, and helped us obtain home insurance. In addition, she recommended local contractors so we knew what to expect during the home renovation process. She also recommended a moving company that quoted us a fair price. They did an excellent job. Buying a home in California is not easy which is why we were grateful to have her guide us through the transaction. When you work with Ellen, you are working with an entire team of professionals who know exactly how the home buying process works. She is very responsive and communicates well with her clients. We loved working with her.

Crystal did a great job in helping me sell a rental property that I owned. She provided a up to date market analysis, as well as what needed to be done to the property to make it attractive to buyers. She put me in touch with the people I needed to get the work done the contractors, and landscapers and made herself available to meet them at the property since I live out of town. She started selling the property prior to making it available to the public. Once we completed the work and agreed it was ready to sell she held her open house, and provided me with the feedback she received and that she anticipated some offers would come in. The offers did come in and she negotiated to get the offer that was acceptable to me. I was extremely pleased with her planning and follow through and would highly recommend her.
