Throughout the home buying process we were impressed with Ellen's knowledge of the housing market and local community. Our first offer was accepted for a home in a neighborhood we didn't think we could afford. Ellen is a tough negotiator. She helped us secure a credit from the seller which we are using for home renovations. Ellen coordinated everything with the seller's agent, mortgage broker, title company, and helped us obtain home insurance. In addition, she recommended local contractors so we knew what to expect during the home renovation process. She also recommended a moving company that quoted us a fair price. They did an excellent job. Buying a home in California is not easy which is why we were grateful to have her guide us through the transaction. When you work with Ellen, you are working with an entire team of professionals who know exactly how the home buying process works. She is very responsive and communicates well with her clients. We loved working with her.
