ZillowVERIFIEDCrystal is very knowledgable, confident, personable, available, and trustworthy. She is really good at what she does. She got me well over asking price on my sale, but that's not the whole story. I decided not to go forward with the build of a home I had planned on, due to multiple reasons, and instead rent for a while. Instead of pressuring me into continuing with the build, or purchasing a different home, she was very understanding, AND initiated negotiations with the builder to get my earnest money deposit back! I ended up getting my full deposit back from the builder. This was something that took time, and something she did not have to do. I will definitely work with Crystal again when I decide to buy again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell.
