I was immediately impressed by her calm demeanor and even after an onslaught of questions from the client was never caught off guard. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the local market, and extremely pleasant to talk to. I knew when it was time to sell my house (our families first home) in Beacon, she would be the one I called. She explained the process clearly, took her time with us, and made us feel like we were her only client. She took on the task of showing our home despite the challenge of us having a dog and a 6 week old child. Her dedication to selling our house on our terms is what set her apart from other brokers. ZillowVERIFIEDI called the agent and she agreed to act as our agent and show us the home privately. When we arrived to see house she had dishonestly booked a dozen other people at the house the at same time, in what seemed like an attempt to stir interest. The house was crawling with people as we tried to view it with our 1 year old. She then spent less than 10 minutes with us before leaving us in the backyard alone to show the home to other people. When we requested to make an offer she was completely unprepared and she proceeded to make negative remarks to us about making an offer. When she presented our offer to the owner it was in a completely unprofessional way that totally misrepresented our offer, which caused the owner to turn down a full price offer for his house. When we spoke about offer she was insulting and unfriendly. Worst experience ever! So unprofessional and inexperienced. Keep your distance!
