As a first-time home buyer, we were very hesitant to go into the process. Honestly, we did not think we could afford anything. After our first meeting with Crystal, she gave us HOPE! Crystal was so incredibly patient with us. She really listened to what we liked, what we disliked, etc. There was one day we went and saw about 10 homes with our one-year-old and she made us feel like a priority the entire time. When we became overwhelmed, she gave us the best tips. Truly, she really got to know us to understand what we want. Looking back, she knew what home was for us before we even knew it. Not only was she patient and kind during the process, AFTER we got our house, she was still there for us.
