We contracted with Crystal Bauer (Realty One) in November 2015 and closed 16 February 2016. The sale and all documents were completed while I was operating at a remote site. Crystal handled everything while keeping me informed electronicly. We got a fair price and the sale would have been even faster except for the bank and business holidays around Christmas and New Year.
