Interview agents, avoid the flashy/ pretty/ fluff and promises. Look at results! HOw many board applications of theirs gotten rejected, how many listings they had that didn't sell, how many homes they listed had HUGE price reductions..

I am here to help people, that's it. I keep things 100% honest and state facts, documents and proof. Not a Genie to make unrealistic dreams come true.. That upsets all parties when it doesn't happen

In 2024, I received over a Dozen Listings, I sadly had to walk away from because the seller received unrealistic promises by other agents. After not getting the price or service the other agent promised, they called me when the property listing expired. No hard feelings, I sold their home at a price we both agreed on and stop the pain and frustration and gained new friends and more referrals.

I was a victim of a agent that sold me on lies. It wasn't the neighborhood area that was told to me, referred me overpriced Attorney, home inspector, overcharged lender, and false promises. I didn't want that to happen to anyone else and vowed to help buyers, seller and agents with the truth.

I have 30 years of event planning that allowed me to always think outside the box the get the challenge, obstacle or issue solved. Pay close attention to my clients and attention to details, requests and wants of what they want and need from me.
