I would preface this by saying our first introduction to Cristina was over two years ago. My wife and I were not sure we wanted to sell the property. It took us almost two years to decide and Cristina was there for us the entire time to answer any and every question that came up. She was very responsive. Once we decided to sell, she took over and made the process incredibly smooth and fast! Cristina knows real estate! Less than a month from start to escrow close. She got it done in what we considered record time. The house sold in a week from listing and for over asking price. We were impressed. Cristina provided excellent council. An example, we were happy we had several offers over asking price. Cristina said we should go back and ask for best and final from all the bidders. Amazingly all but one responded and we selected the offer Cristina recommended. She articulated the reasoning for doing so very well at a level we could understand. Everything moved very smoothly, from the sale through escrow closing. We couldnt have been happier!
