Christina (Tina) was a joy to work with. After speaking with some agents, we chose Tina to handle the sale of our home. Best of all, she lives in the same community where our home was located, so she knows the market thoroughly. She laid out a great plan for selling our home, had professional pictures taken to show our home in its best light, and was always easy to get hold of to answer questions and discuss ongoing sales strategy. We were able to rely on her to keep a close eye on our home, including stopping by our home regularly to ensure all was well after each showing. We were very nervous about the home buying process, being first timers and with the current state of the market. Most of the nerves were put to rest upon meeting Cristina. She gave us a lot of updates on current states of places we were interested in, and also immediate updates on houses hitting the market that fit our needs. She dealt with so much stuff we'd have no idea about and seemed very happy to do so. We learned so much from her about the ins and outs of the industry that we would have never thought of. Even after the process being done with, she's continued to check on us and make sure things are okay. We will definitely be giving her a call when we look to sell our starter home in the future.
