1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find a good agent, get pre approved for a loan, decide where you want to live, create a list of things you absolutely have to have in a house.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Find a good realtor, figure out where you want to move to and why, declutter, depersonalize (see my booklet-how to get your house ready to sell) I will advice and stage your home to get you top dollar.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Everyone from first time buyers and sellers to luxury high end homes, investors and flippers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Met with a seller, her name was Paula she had recently lost her husband and needed to sell to move close to family out of state. Paula had done her research online and met with a few other realtors and wanted to list the house at a certain price, due to my experience and my staging company I know with a few minor improvements (no cost to the seller) I could get her more money. We listed the house for $5,000 more than she initially wanted, due to the massive exposure and my marketing techniques we had multiple offers and sold $5,000 more than list price. I was able to get her $10,000 more than what she wanted. Happy and grateful that my clients trust me and take my advice.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My passion for homes, genuine care for people, my tenacity and competitive edge.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Staging, design, negotiation and people skills. I study, constantly attend seminars, I am a huge fan of Tony Robbins I have attend all his seminars. I watch YouTube videos and podcast from Tony Robbins, Jim Rhone, Jay Shetty, Lewis Howes, Tom Bileyu just to name a few.
