I have worked with a couple of realtors in the past who were mediocre at best and did the bare minimum to get their job done. When I met Cristina, I hired her immediately to sell my home in Bridgewater because she was very buttoned up, had an excellent sales track record and reputation in town. She is very knowledgeable of the local market, has excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills and I felt confident that she would get the job done. I hired her a couple of years later to help me look for a bigger place and once again she was on par. I am living in a house I absolutely love and have her to thank for finding it, negotiating with difficult sellers and ensuring that I got the home I couldn't walk away from. I have recommended her to many and will continue to do so in the future.

If I could give her minus stars, I would. I am a landlord with only one rental property; the house I used to live in. She listed my house for rent in the fall of 2014. In January 2015, she called me and my wife (we live in Nevada) to let us know she had found renters for us. It was a husband and wife with 2 small children (ages 2 & 4) and the wife's parents. The husband's credit score was only 593, which is low. When I asked for the grandparents' credit scores, she didn't have them. I assumed she would provide them later, but she never did. The way she sold the tenants to us was that 3 of them were supposedly working; the husband, the grandfather, and the grandmother. So, there was supposedly plenty of income to cover the rent. When I asked Cristina for her recommendation, she said "well, they have the money". After they moved in, I found out the grandmother wasn't working (Cristina never verified her employment) and, as previously mentioned, Cristina never produced the grandparent's credit reports. She also did not do any background checks to determine whether their were any prior evictions, bankruptcies or criminal history with this family. When I obtained the tenants' applications from Cristina one year later (because they were repeatedly delinquent with their rent payments), I saw that the applications were incomplete. The grandparents did not sign their application, and there was lots of information that the tenants left out. I WOULD NOT USE THIS REALTOR FOR ANYTHING; SALE, RENTAL, OR OTHERWISE.
