She had many extremely positive reviews as well as the sales statistics to back them up. After walking through my house she made some suggestions for improving the appearance of my home, and we agreed on a listing price. I took her advice, made the largely cosmetic improvements, and Karla and her team took it from there. Stunning photos were taken of the house and Karla and her team strategically placed them in brochures and all the right places on the web. The listing became active on a Thursday afternoon, and by Friday morning I had my first offer. In total over fifty people came to see the house by Saturday night with eight of them making offers. My house sold for a very significant amount over asking price with no inspection. This was beyond my wildest dreams. I couldnt be happier. Karla definitely knows her business and I would recommend her to anyone needing help with real estate. She is not only knowledgeable and caring, but she exudes confidence and trust. She is a pleasure to work with and is always ready to talk with you and answer any questions. There was never a lack of communication.
