We took a break from the search to go out of the country for 6 weeks and Lauren had very good timing in her messages to keep in touch, conveying real sense of partnership in the process vs wanting just a quick transaction. She understood our needs and only showed houses that checked our boxes - which in itself changed a bit during the process. She always made an effort to meet our schedules and last minute showing requests and never got frustrated even when we bounced back and forth - 1 story only or 2 story? new build or resale? In the end, we found the perfect home and Lauren got us the maximum incentives from the builder. Would definitely recommend Lauren!
