He grew up in the industry learning from his father, who has been in the real estate industry in Frederick County since 1978, as well as Craig's mother who started her real estate career in 1994. We opted to work with Craig after speaking with a good number of realtors. This was not our first real estate transaction as we purchased and sold with and without an agent. We found Craig to be knowledgeable about the local market, trustworthy, and direct in his communication style. Having been in sales, his no-nonsense approach was refreshing and we didnt feel like the sales commission was the primary driver in our interactions. He promised and delivered a marketing plan on the agreed timeline, his team was excellent with the photography, marketing, as well as the open house. Finally, he helped us navigate and understand the multiple offers and their intricacies in order to make the right choice. The icing one the cake is that we feel the new owner is someone who will love and look after our little piece of paradise the same way we have. We cant be any more pleased with our experience with Craig and trust that anyone else will feel the same way after working with him.
