ZillowVERIFIEDHe answers his phone!!! And he answers for both buyers and sellers. (That is a bid deal up here.) He answers questions, and does really good with E-mail although he does not do text. He is excellent with Short Sale houses. Although short sales are never fast. :) But he can explain every thing you need to know about them. He does charge an extra $2000 for his side of the realty. Its just nice to know before you go into it. He only takes one picture for a listing. So you may want to stage your own house and send him the pictures, and your selling paragraph if you want more. I think he makes his money by quantity not so much quality. I have successfully used him to purchase 2 houses.
