About Craig Heinonen
I am a born and raised Yooper! I grew up in the country seven miles out of Houghton, MI. I married in August 2012 to my beautiful wife Anna, who is also a born and raised Yooper from Hancock, MI. I Love living and working in the Marquette area and enjoying the outdoors and great Lake Superior, mostly in the summer! I am excited about real estate and look forward to meeting wonderful people here in the great Upper Peninsula!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Visit with a lender to determine the amount you are able to be approved for prior to looking at homes. Know your budget!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Clean, de-clutter, take down personal pictures/items, and keep the entire outside and interior maintained! Be prepared to negotiate during an offer, mostly during inspection.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time buyers, vacation home/property, vacant land, commercial, flippers
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I wanted to connect with people during the biggest transaction of their lives! I made the career move from construction.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a bachelors degree in Construction Management which gives me extensive knowledge with construction/building/codes/zoning/etc., I currently working on my GRI designation.
