Craig was great to work with. Was there every time we needed answers to question through the process. If we left a message for him he did call back rather quickly. We did face challenges when the first settlement date was cancelled due to loan denial. He acted quickly, house was back on the market next day and 4 offers came in. We took the highest one, and that was our sale. That was during the Covid-19 crisis and we did settle and the house was sold. Craig felt our pain and I know we felt his pain. We had moved out of state and were not able to get to closing and Craig was there for us to handle the signing process for us.
