Where do I start to describe how excellent Tayler is at her job? Let me start by saying I'm a first time home buyer, but I had a few different options from people I knew to go with as a realtor, but I was also thinking about doing it on my own. I got connected with Tayler and Quinlan Realty through Zillow to help me see a home and I was impressed that from the very beginning. She was able to provide me valuable info about the sale of homes in the area AND this was before I even signed a contract with her. I knew that I had to go with her because I could tell she cared about me as a buyer, but this was only the beginning. The info she gave me allowed me to make an informed decision about my offer. From the very beginning of the process, she was able to explain everything and manage the counter offer process to make sure I was getting a good deal. She maintained excellent contact with the seller's agents, my lender, and myself throughout the process. All this would have been enough for me to leave a great review, but I hit a snag less than 24 hours before closing that have me losing out on the home I was looking forward to and potential facing extra damages from the seller as well. Tayler worked tirelessly and brought in her Broker, Craig, from Quinlan to uncover every stone to make sure I could still get my home, or not face any liabilities. It looked like all was lost and I had given up as the day before closing waned, but they worked tirelessly in the background and called me the day I was supposed to close with news that they had found a way for me to close with minimal extra costs on my end. I was overjoyed! If you're looing for someone who cares for you and is willing to go the extra mile for you, look no further than Tayler Karhilker! She's the best!
