About Craig Ahrens

I have spent the greater part of my working life in the service industry. I spent 12 years in retail sales and management, and the last 14 years as a real estate sales associate or as most folks say, a real estate "Agent". I am committed first and foremost to my faith in Jesus, and my family, which happens to be quite large based on todays averages! Through my lifetime and experiences, I have learned some valuable lessons that have truly shaped my view on how and why I can help others. I have worked my way from the bottom of the corporate ladder to the top rung of "Middle Management". I started my real estate career, much to the concern of folks that were close to me, just days after the birth of my 4th child. I am dedicated to understanding the details and workings of my industry. I cannot truly help unless I understand, and then effectively communicate with my customers. It is my job to know, and share. I AM NOT A SALESMAN! I am an educator and a communicator. I love meeting people, I love helping people, I love real estate, I love working the numbers, and I love a successful closure of a real estate adventure that I am a part of. I first met with Craig about eight months before we actually decided to list our house and look for a larger home. At the time, he gave me his impressions of what would help our old house sell, and I could tell from our conversation that he knew a lot about the neighborhood market and the market in Oklahoma City overall. When we finally decided to list the house and start looking for a new one, he came right back without missing a beat and walked us through the process. Craig has a lot of knowledge and experience, and helped us get a great price on our old house. He also helped us find the perfect new home for our family size and budget. Craig was very responsive and looked out for us during every step, helping us navigate the negotiation, inspections, etc. I would recommend Craig to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the area, and if/when my family decides to move homes again, he is the first person I will call.
