This is my first time buying a home and I'm very lucky to have Courtney Ravenelle as my realtor. She is friendly, informative, and fast paced. She made the process of finding a home go smoothly and we closed by a preferred time. We were recommended her as our realtor by our mortgage officer. She told us about how great Courtney is, and will work as fast or slow as we want. We decided to give her a call, and as soon as we met her, she had a cheerful face ready to get the show on the road. We would tell her what houses wed want to look at and she would look into it for any issues and see if she could get us a showing as soon as possible. She would also try to find houses for us on her own time and let us know to see if we like it. Finding the right house requires a lot of interacting with the realtor and getting to know each other. Courtney wasnt only trying to sell a house, she also cared for her clients. She would use past experiences to help us make a decision like how some clients prefer certain things versus the other. She would also think about how wed be living in the home, see if we actually like it, and if we could imagine ourselves live in the house for years. These conversations help develop the friendship between us. A great characteristic is trusting the person helping you. She was also the best because she was knowledgeable. If not, she would always do research about something and have an answer by the next day, sometimes even later in the day. Examples of her researches include making sure the house is in great conditions, or if the house qualifies for our loan or not. Courtney had great communication skills and would get a hold of anyone to speed up the process. Again, our realtor was awesome and I would definitely recommend her for anyone.
