It turns out she was spot on with the pricing of the home, but the market was tough and I appreciate her so much for sticking it out with us and making the sale happen no matter what! Courtney was a fantastic ambassador for us (we live out of state), wrangling repairs and upgrade jobs, checking on the house for us and just being the face of the sellers that we needed. She displayed remarkable patience as we were "outbid" on two offers. She never wilted, lost confidence, or gave up on me. I live in NC thus a 160 mile round trip drive to Easley. We would identify potential houses on Redfin and Zillow and then Courtney would inspect them for me and provide her opinion. I would then travel to see the ones she selected. She found on her own a for -sale -by -owner property which we purchased in 24 hours. Courtney remained vigilant throughout the entire closing process and sent frequent emails to me, the seller, the closing attorney, and the lender on the status and who needed to do what next. My hubby and I went through multiple "stages" in trying to determine the best strategy for our family.
