We werent even looking for an agent but Courtney was so knowledgeable and made us feel for comfortable with her skills. She asked the questions that we might not have even known to ask. We are truly lucky to have found Courtney. On a personal level she is a wonderful person and a pleasure to be with. On a professional level she is highly capable and not once did I worry about logistics or anything to quickly sell our house and move in to a new one. She is highly prepared, organized, knowledgeable and is fluid when collaborating with you and your preferences and decisions. She absolutely knocked it out of the park with regard to listing photos, securing buyers and getting the appraisal price we wanted (on our existing house). Then, she knocked it out of the park with regard to inspections and buyer negotiations (on our new house). Overall, she knocked it out of the park with her expert level of coordination, facilitating between all parties (include title and mortgage companies). Lastly, every time we asked for recommendation for vendors, she always gave us top notch options.
