Let me start off by saying, Courtney is phenomenal! If you want a realtor who works as your advocate and will tirelessly work for you, jump hurdles and make it happen, Courtney is the one! I initially came to Courtney with a pre-approval that had a 5% interest rate. Courtney knew right away that my preapproval didnt look like a good deal at all. She got me connected when another lender who offered me a 3.7% interest rate.
