Cory was amazing! We were expecting our 3rd child and were living in a 2bedroom 1100sf home in an area where we didnt really like the schools. We simultaneously sold our house and bought a new one with Cory's help. Everything went smoothly and I believe both escrows were about 20 days! Cory saved us. We had to unexpectedly leave our apartment due to renovations and had to be out in 45 days. We were lost and didnt know what to do. I met Cory at an Open House she was holding. We struck up a conversation and I knew she was the person who was going to sell my home. "Cory Wells was referred to us by a friend that used Cory several years ago to purchase a home here in Alta Loma. My situation was a little difficult because the property was an inheritance and we had to do a probate which took approximately 10 months but Cory was very thorough in walking us through the process.
